I own one of the most popular burger joints in town. Everyone loves my burgers and my fries are not too bad as well! No matter what day it is, my locally owned fast-food restaurant is super busy. People from all walks of life come into my shop to eat lunch and dinner. One day we got really busy right before the lunch hour. This was not unusual because a local factory lets out for lunch at 11 AM. While taking an order, I noticed the dining room getting hot. After taking a few orders, I had to go outside to see what was going on. The air conditioner unit was not making the loud noise it used to. Instead, the HVAC unit was only humming slightly. I was concerned about my guests getting hot so I called a local HVAC provider. The receptionist who answered the phone dispatched an HVAC technician. After about 30 minutes, the HVAC guy arrived with a helper in tow. After disconnecting the power from the HVAC unit, they took the outside cover off. I went back inside and left the hard work to the heating and cooling experts. After about 45 minutes, the air conditioner suddenly came back on. The HVAC technician came back inside and told me they had fixed the issue with the cooling unit. I was overjoyed and so were my customers! They told me what they did to the heating unit but I had no clue what they were telling me due to my lack of air conditioner knowledge. I was just glad the equipment was working again. I called the HVAC business owner and told them the next time they come into my restaurant, the burgers are on me.
